I would like to invite you all to a local, free outdoor music festival: Fete de la Musique (or Make Music Vancouver for all the Anglos, lol), taking place Tuesday June 21st from 5-10pm in Gastown. Ignite Smoke Shop will be one of many local sponsors providing power for the musicians from our shop. Please come and join this wonderful event which brings together a variety of local musicians, genres, amateurs and pros, performing in the streets of Gastown.
There will be over 200 bands and all performances are completely free of charge. Apres the 10pm show, we have been offered to have a band come play inside the store. We are down for this, so if you come after 10pm, you may see a special performance in store. We are open late this night because of this event, with extended hours. What better way to celebrate the longest day?
